While bike shorts may not be currently the mostfashionable item out, they are worn by bikers without any problems. Theymight've just parked their bike somewhere and are getting something todrink. How would someone know or not know where you are going or what youare doing? Of course, there are some that would agree that showing yourmanhood is not the thing to do. If you've got the figure for it and theballs (every pun intended) to wear them, DO IT. You know you are turningheads, right? What is wrong with that? I wear my bike shorts all thetime in public with various types of shirts and/or shoes and/or socks. Ihave about 25 pairs of bike shorts and I always wear my bike shortswithout underwear. I like being looked at. If ya got, flaunt it. And byall means, wear the shiny bike shorts instead of the cotton ones. Theshiny ones show off your package even more. I guarantee that if I saw youcoming toward me in the mall or something, I would GO OUT OF MY WAY tofollow you or cruise you or get a picture or a lick or damn, something! There is nothing like seeing a hot dude in spandex bike shorts. I evenoccasionally wear shiny white spandex. I really get eyeballed in those! Anyhow if you like wearing lycra then do what you want (you have gotten over the hardest part which is wanting to wear lycra in public; so you should enjoy your liberation). I wear bike shorts all the time and tights as well. I must concide however that if I am going out with some of my less enlighted friends that I simply pull a pair of regular shorts over my lycra. This is a good comprise as I still get to feel the thight lycra and my friends feel comfortable. The only loser in this situation is the general public who miss out on seeing my package oh well :)
